[OSL | CCIE_RS] Booking lab exam... Availability...

Can any one comment on their experience of booking the lab exam?  I am  
trying to check availability to get an idea for dates, but for some  
reason website won't go past billing address for me for last two days,  
web page temp down, very annoying!
