why its showing 150.100.100.2 in the mappings with dlci 412, though there is
no 150.100.100.2 on any of its interfaces :

R4(config)#do show fram map
Serial0/0/0 (up): ip 150.100.100.2 dlci 412(0x19C,0x64C0), dynamic,
              broadcast,, status defined, active
R4(config)#do siib
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status
Protocol
FastEthernet0/0 unassigned YES manual administratively down
down
FastEthernet0/1 unassigned YES manual administratively down

Serial0/0/0 150.100.24.4 YES manual up
up
Serial0/1/0 unassigned YES unset administratively down
down
Loopback0 200.0.0.4 YES manual up

R4(config)#

I doubt there are some physical layer issues.
