Tyler,

There are some racks that the 105 and 106 are no longer available on. Thus
the startup configurations and workbooks/DSG for Volume 1 have been updated
to only use 2xx for R2 instead of the old 1xx that used to be there several
years ago. If you have downloaded the latest copy of the PDF and
configurations and you are still seeing anything on R2 referencing the old
DLCI's please let me know so I can get with my web admin. I did have an
issue recently where the PDF's were not being updated for one customer in my
class for some reason although all the PDF's were updated.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] Volume 1 , LAB 11 (OSPF)

Hi,

I was doing Lab 11 of Volume 1, and wasn't able to ping between R2, R5, and
R6. I finally realized that R2 was using DLCI 105 and 106 to communicate
with R5 and R6, and that 205 and 206 should have been used. What threw me
off was that the workbook videos was using the initial config with the DLCI
105 and 106 and he was able to get the OSPF adjacency to form without any
problems. Should this be working with DLCIs 105 and 106?

Thanks,

Tyler Dees
