Have you tried doing labs with an added rule:

"You may not use any variant of the show runn command"

I'm not at this stage yet but is a suggestion I will do if time permits.

Any thing you see in the output you don't understand, look up...

Sounds relavent to your situation....

Do you have much troubleshooting experience?

Have you looked at any of the troubleshooting methodologies..?

They are usually instinctive but if you are struggling, a refreshed structure to your approach may help?

As I say, I am not at this stage yet, so I offer no guidance, only points I have noted from others.

Regards

Hey Edward,

This reminds me of when I was a kid and my dad was teaching me how to ride a bike. At first I kept falling off, so I told my Dad that it was pointless, that I would never be able to do it. My dad kept telling me to get back on and keep trying and that eventually I would get it. I can ride a bike now.

You will nail it next time…

Regrets Edward. Did you nail the configuration? Or just slide by?

I just failed my Lab exam again

Let me clarify. I failed because of the troubleshooting section. I need help with troubleshooting…… Is there any body out there with suggestions?
