Well I loaded the configs but the error was gone.

 

I have seen it before in other lab scenarios, I have a feeling it has to do 
with what I stated earlier 

 

 

For some reason I want to say that it happens when you either you put in an IP 
of a peering neighbour that does not exist or you do not have a route too. 
Again, I am not sure.

 

 

I will Lab it up in the near future and try to recreate it and let everyone
