Hi Eric,

I use a 2610 with NM-4A/S for a Terminal server in my lab - I only use it
for console access to 3750s/3550s and use dynamips for the router simulator
- my setup is described here
http://noshut.blogspot.com/2010/02/2610-with-nm-4as-acting-as-terminal.htmlif
it is any help.

If you can include a "show line" as well as the show run of the "line"
related config and any associated serial port settings, that would be
helpful.

I'm assuming that you have already tried swapping cables/ports between
working/partly working devices to attempt to isolate the problem - my
understanding is that there should be no major difference with different
devices when it comes to cisco console connections.

Something that may be worth checking to be certain is to see if flow control
is disabled.

Cheers,
Adam
