Can you provide and config from both routers serial interfaces?

Serial 0/2/0 and 0/2/0.32

Update for my last question, Inter Serial 0/2/0.32 is down/down on R9 :

i have managed to disable the LMIs on the both R9 and R6, both routers now
show inter serial 0/2/0.32 up/up but they are still not reachable, the
result of ping to 150.50.69.6 and .9 is 0/5. I correct me if i am wrong, i
belieeve disabling the LMI will NOT solve the problem, since that only
disable the checking on the interface that its receiving the updates from
the other end or no. so after disabling, even though it starts showing
interface up but the interface will not work since there is a problem in the
FR.

I believe that this is a problem in the FR switch in the middle.

Could someone tell me what this Grading feature is?

I'm assuming you do labs from Vol 1, 2 on Proctor Labs and then you upload
your config somewhere and it's graded?

Thanks

Jay

Magnus,

In the future the Labs in VOlume 3 will be graded. But we are not ready for
it yet.

Are the labs in WB3 graded? Or is the grading a manual process?

Jay,

In the future on the Proctorlabs interface you will be able to select a few
of our labs and after you finish working on the lab you can have it graded.
Right now our web admin is working on the re-design of proctorlabs and when
that is complete there will be a few labs that will be gradable from the web
interface if you use proctorlabs for the lab session.

Hi Eric,

I use a 2610 with NM-4A/S for a Terminal server in my lab - I only use it
for console access to 3750s/3550s and use dynamips for the router simulator
- my setup is described here
http://noshut.blogspot.com/2010/02/2610-with-nm-4as-acting-as-terminal.htmli
f
it is any help.

If you can include a "show line" as well as the show run of the "line"
related config and any associated serial port settings, that would be
helpful.

I'm assuming that you have already tried swapping cables/ports between
working/partly working devices to attempt to isolate the problem - my
understanding is that there should be no major difference with different
devices when it comes to cisco console connections.

Something that may be worth checking to be certain is to see if flow control
is disabled.

Cheers,
Adam
