Hey Amer,

I just checked the initial configs that I have or Lab 17 and the config for R4
is on the physical interface only, it doesn't have a sub interface like you are
showing

!
interface Serial0/0
 bandwidth 64
 ip address 150.100.24.4 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 frame-relay map ip 150.100.24.2 402 broadcast
 no frame-relay inverse-arp
 frame-relay lmi-type cisco
 ip ospf network point-to-point
 no shut
!

Are you sure you have downloaded the latest configs from IPexpert?

Thank you,
