As what the other guys have said, my advice is get that CCIE Written exam out 
of the way first.
 
TCP/IP vol 1 and 2 are bibles that will become your pillow as you move along 
with your lab preparation. Together with other books like Cisco QoS, Frame 
Relay, etc.
