no auto-summary on R1 and RSW1 fixed my issue.
I had to wait 1 am to make the change since it's a production environment.

Remove Vlan10 from the two statements

 

You specify connected using the vlan10 then specify the next
hop.  Do one or the other.

 

That is also the difference between the first two and the last
entry.
