by this command you are activating(or enabling)

neighbor 200.0.0.1 and neighbor 200.0.0.2 in multicast address-family,
The BGP multiprotocol extensions (MP-BGP) enable BGP to carry IP multicast
routes used by the Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) to build multicast
tree or multicast tology.
