The V4 blueprint goes through a number of minor revisions, so it's best to go 
to Cisco website directly to see what is current as they have a habit of 
bringing things in and out from time to time but this is generally around 
non-core technologies.

I can say that ATM and IS-IS won't be in there for sure as those are now a SP 
topics
