Have a day off every now and then, a maximum of one glass of alcohol a day (any more is too much, no matter how tough you think you are) and do absolutely ZERO study the day before the lab. If you havent learned it by then you wont have learned it and you will just stress yourself. Get a box set of your favourite DVDs and watch them in the hotel or something.... Get a massage, go for a walk, whatever.
