times did not solve the problem I read some cisco  documentation and after
adding secondary keyword on standby group error messages disappeared:


R6(config-if)#standby 2 ip 150.100.222.10 secondary

My R6 is cisco 2621: System image file is
"flash:c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-21.bin"
