[OSL | CCIE_RS] BLS upgrade experience

 I was wondering if a BLS customer that had to upgrade from v3 to v4 
could unicast me.

I don't necessarily want to discuss the gory details but I did want to 
ask about what "free" upgrades and updates meant in reality.
