That isn't a new enough image for the feature. When you have questions like
this simply go to the command reference and see when it was introduced.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] Vol1 Lab 30 Task 9

I seem to be missing a command. The referense guide shows: address-family
ipv4 mdt, but my image doesn't seem to contain that command. I'm running
(C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(11)T. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

R2(config-router)#address-family ipv4 ?
  multicast Address Family modifier
  unicast Address Family modifier
vrf Specify parameters for a VPN Routing/Forwarding instance

Thanks,

Rob
