Cat2 should be the prefered RP, then Cat 4 in case of Cat2 failure, DSG solution : Cat2 ip pim rp-candidate lo0 priority 200 Cat 4 ip pim rp-candidate lo0 priority 100 Following DocCD lowest is prefered for RP election so it should be the opposite.
