Seriously advice:

If you buy a lot of books, download a lot of videos, this will screw you up.

I picked 4 books as a MUST ccie read book and the things I needed to
improvide, I improved along the way with articles , video on demand etc, my
books:

- TCP/IP vol 1
- TCP/IP vol 2
- Lan Switching (cisco press)
- Troubleshooting networks

after that, pick a vendor of your choice and follow their methodology,
follow it as a religion, you will learn a lot with it.
