Wayne, Thanks for the quick response. After I had posted this on the Blog, I was finally able to get a chat session with your support team (Drew and Carrie). It is a littlle difficult for me since I have a 9.5 hour difference from EST in SWA, and Satellite Comms aren't my friend either. I will be downloading files that Drew has set up for me in my account window and we should be able to resolve in the next day or so. Again, my thanks to you and your staff for the assist.
