Isn't it that even access switches have Virtual MAC in their table pointing to port going to active HSRP , the moment CAM table is updated once VMAC move to another switch (HSRP standby) even access switch will update it's CAM table to point to port connecting directly to new HSRP active switch...Since it will save one HOP?
