I can only find reference in the commmand reference for 12.4T

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] Mobile ARP

Does anyone know where exactly in the config guide Mobile ARP is located?
I've scoured the config guide for IP mobility, but i'm not coming up with
anything.
