This may be a better question for support but here is how I get to mine... Login at https://www.ipexpert.com/member and then click "Downloads" and expand CCIE Routing & Switching

There's the problem, can't find it when I login to ipexpert. I will use the proctor labs a bit later but as I already have a fair amount of tin, and I like to to see the whites of their eyes, I want to use my rack for the time being.
