Also, page 15, output for Cat2, Fa0/1 is listed as being in vlan 12, it should be in vlan 100, connectivity between R1 and BB1 will not work otherwise. i don't know, just a thought but maybe this is a result of the pods not always seeming to revert properly? This morning i still had stuff on there from previous setups it seems. After 2 hours i reverted again and then it was fine.
