Hi Narendra,

This is a Cisco specific MAC address used for things such as CDP and VTP -
the SNAP header is used to distinguish what it is.

Cisco devices will be listening to that MAC address for CDP/VTP information
depending on the device type and configuration associated with the physical
interface.
