Vol3 labs for sure. I remember some things being in there I didn't come
across in Vol1. Also, the TS sections of the Vol3 labs were very helpful for
me.

DocCD, DocCD, DocCD and then some more DocCD.

I found the Routing-Bits.com handbook to be awesome for my final review.
Ruhann has an excellent set of notes available there.
