DSG uses R9 as an RP that establishes msdp peer to R4 & Cat4. Instead of doing that, wouldn't it be easier to just enable pim routing on R9, and establish msdp peer directly between R4 & Cat4? Why set up a middle man and do two separate msdp sessions, when we can achieve the same goal using just one?
