The most efficient way to contact ProctorLabs support is to e-mail
them directly at [email protected] (or [email protected]).
While all our support engineers are following OSL, they don't do it
24/7. When you send an e-mail to them directly, they WILL follow it up
and assist you with the ongoing session.
