I wiped the cat switches, and then loaded my configs. I still had no
vlans, but at least I no longer had wrong vlans. Then I went and
grabbed the vlan config from the final config files of the lab and
pasted those in. This worked much better than manually configuring
everything but it still seems like there should be a better way.
