Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] OT: Lab Exam Options

Hi All,

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I need some advice on what my options are
due to a situation that has come up.

I have a family member that has fallen very ill, and I have had to cancel my
OWLE training in Columbus on 6-20 thru 6-24. Unfortunately, I have already
scheduled my real exam for July 7th, and I really don't want to have to eat
a $1400 hamburger as I am not able to study very much at all due to my
situation. I haven't completely read the cancelation policy, I know my 90
days have past, does anyone know of any other options to get my Lab date
changed to a later time?? I thought i've even heard of someone that had
someone else sit in their spot and they got their money back. (Something
like that anyways) My date is July 7th in RTP.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
