I have no idea if it works with IPE materials as I don't have any of the videos 
but I can recommend GoodPlayer. Works very well for me.

GoodReader + Dropbox is very nice for PDFs. The routing-bits handbook can be 
ordered in an ipad friendly version and I can really recommend it.
