Ah... that's not *always* the case, beware :-). Still, you're just
learning and you'll find exceptions to what you wrote soon enough :-)

Correct - if you have /24 mask on the interface, using 0.0.0.0 or
0.0.0.255 makes no difference. Use whichever you feel most comfortable
with. Personally, I prefer using the exact mask, as then I can
copy/paste from "ip address" configuration on the interface and let
IOS convert that to wildcard mask.
