Hi guys, Does anyone know how to contact Cisco with regards to Lab postponement. I have my scheduled for next Monday but won't be able to make it because I just got out of hospital and still scheduled to go back in for a minor operation. Any advice as to how this can be done without forfeiting my lab fees will be appreciated. I know someone on the forum was able to postpone because of bereavement but I can't remember who and when. Sorry for the mass mail guys.
