I wonder if there is a more elegant way of doing it but offhand I am thinking you would run two OSPF processes. Configure default-route originate and the interface you want to have the default under PID #2??? It would get nasty then redistributing between OSPF processes with a route-map to filter the default from getting into PID #1.
Like I said maybe I am complicating it too much and there is another way or maybe your requirements allows the LSA to go out all interfaces but the default can only show up in the RIB of a particular neighbor?
