Actually, what's happening is that we're receiving some complaints about delayed messages on OSL. I was testing few solutions yesterday and improved the delivery times somewhat. They are still a tad bit slow, but I think considerably improved.
How it worked - we sent timestamped messages from one one account and monitor receipt on several others.
