Try this command. It should show a lot of the variables - "show event manager
environment"

If you were going to define an eem variable you can do the following command
"event manager environment _event_pub_time <value of variable>

Here is an example from one of my production routers.

FRB-MPLS-MCI#sh event manager environment
No. Name Value
1 _email_server <email server ip address>
2 _email_from [email protected]
3 _email_to [email protected]
4 input_errors_threshold 100
5 output_errors_threshold 100
6 crc_threshold 100
7 interface_reset_threshold 10
8 interface_health_period 180
9 _mail_smtp <email server ip address>
10 _mail_domain teleperformance.com
11 _mail_rcpt [email protected]
12 _info_routername FRB-MPLS-MCI
13 if_name:Serial0/0/0:0 if_value:468 if_error:input_er
14 _if_error if_name:GigabitEthernet0/1 if_

Sorry it was in WB 2 lab 1.
But to be more clear, the variable _event_pub_time is not in the doc CD so how
to find this one the D Day with uniquely the docCD to help us? Is there other
variable not indicate in the DocCD?
Regard

Hi all,
I have got problem to find which environment variables to use in some ccie lab
tests. For example, in ipexpert WB1 lab 1, it is asked to use envirnment
variable "$_event_pub_time" to add time and date informations in a syslog
message.
I thought this information was in the Cisco DocCD and checked in the EEM
section but no occurences of this type of environment variable is present.
So my question is: how find a specific  environment variable for EEM ? Is there
a command on the router to list all of them (prebuild and manually defined)?
Best regards,
