As I understand it, 

The TE database is just type 10 lsa's which you can see with the
show ip ospf database opaque-area command.

The router would know it's a TE interface because of the TE commands you put
under the interfaces and ospf config.

I am reading about TE an i have a some specific doubt regarding the
communication between Traffic Engg Database (TED)  and OSPF Database

How does the routes learned from OSPF Database which can be sent in Traffic
Engineering database..

How does a router knows that these routes should be sent from OSPF Databse
to TE Database.
