Hey Marc, Storm Control or VACL? I've also had a similar issue at a customer site before that turned out to be a faulty SFP on the link between switches. The faulty SFP would allow unicast and broadcast packets across but drop multicast.

Is there anything that would prevent this multicast from flowing across a trunk? I have a situation where servers in the same VLAN, but plugged into different switches are not able to communicate by multicast. Can anyone explain why this might be?
