With the command -
*shape* {*average* | *peak*} *percent* *percent* [*bc*] [*be*]
if bc configured = tc, why do they say define bc as ms. why dont we just
use Tc?
When working this out should I work out Tc based on the <=320Kbps tc=Bc/CIR
vs >320Kbps Tc = 25ms?
