So the hardware for RTP must sit in San Jose then?? Just guessing

Just an update since I asked the question. I can confirm that RTP is not 
running the config section on IOU. It is real hardware. I think why some people 
might have thought otherwise is that the connection to the equipment is very 
slow/laggy.

It really threw me off running my ping sweeps at first because I would think 
the first one was about to time out, then all a sudden they would all scroll 
past. It took a little getting used to for sure.
