I don't remember how many sessions came with my End-to-End solution, but I 
ended up letting a significant amount of them expire. It was very frustrating 
to have spent a lot of money and not get that value. I could have even dealt 
with the 8 hour window if they would have at least allowed you to schedule a 
rack after the window started if there was one available.

LOL.
I have VRACK time, but I don't want to burn 8 hour slots, either! My 
suggestion- cut the cost in half or make 4 hour sessions available!
