Dear Raghav,

We also did same thing few years ago, we have webserver and email on public
IPs.
We connect new ISP parallel and change in DNS entry with new IPs but it
will take near about 24hours to replicate all over the world which depends
on your provider, to overcome this issue we configure an IIS server with
redirection feature incase someone try to hit on old IP it will redirect on
new IP address once you confirm everything is fine you can disconnect old
ISP.

Hope this will help you.
if you need more information let me know.

Regards,
Azhar
