Hello Manish,

LSA Type 4 tells you how to reach ASBR but it doesn't advertise the routes
which are behind the ASBR routers. These routes will be shown in LSA Type 5
where  you will see the Advertising router as ASBR Router id while in Type
4 you will see Advertising Router as ABR router id.

Also Type 4 and Type 5 are only generated when you have ASBR in  your
network

Hope this clarifies your doubt.
