Hi Everyone - I scheduled and paid for my lab which is in 4 weeks, nearly 7 weeks ago now. The status of the payment still says "Pending approval". Is that normal for it to take this long? They have not charged my credit card yet either. Is there anyone at Cisco I can contact to verify my booking? Thanks Michael
