I have done it using mp-bgp and address families.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] route leaking between VRF's on the same router

Hi everyone – is it possible to leak routes between two VRF instances on the
same router? When I say that I am asking a two part question:

  1. From the global table to a VRF/s (this seems achievable with a static
route?)
  2. Between two separate VRF instances

I have done lots of study on this and can not really see a way of doing it.
Does anyone have any experience or ideas? There was a blog from another vendor
(no names :)) that said that you can create a physical loop between two
separate ethernet ports and leak that way but I can't see how that would be
productive.
Thanks
Michael
