ip default-gateway -- To define a default gateway (router) when IP
routing is disabled, use the ip default-gateway command in global
configuration mode.

ip default-network -- To select a network as a candidate route for
computing the gateway of last resort, use the ip default-network
command in global configuration mode.

May I suggest that you create a Cisco login and reference the command
lookup tool for clarifying these types of matters. I pulled these
definitions directly from there searching all IOS for *ip default*.
They are the first two hits.
