Seems around here that Frame relay is going the way of the Dodo. The
only places I have worked on it in the last couple of years has been to
remove it.

secondly it is highly unlikely to change the blue print , as they had not
left any thing in RS .
for sure next change will remove frame and add more ipv6 , etc 90% still
remain same .
