I had a look at the diagram and then your initial email. If it is the
connectivity between R2 and R3 loopback you are concerned about then why
mention BB in your initial email? Also, can you mark v1 and v2 clearly?
Only BB is running v1 and rest v2?

the CCIE task from RIP over frame-relay cloud. Please help me to figure out
this task my instructor said no one can solve this tasks! basic timer can
solve the problem but when it comes to BB it jeopardize the task. R2 is
connected to R3 via FR cloud, secondary interfaces are directly connected
to R4 & R4 is connected to R6 then BB is connected to R6 and using Rip 1
while other topology is using Rip v2.
