Hi Ray,

One advice for you man, don't let anybody/anything take you down. I'm 25 years 
old and I remembered when I did my route/switch three month ago from the first 
attempt, all my colleagues at work were said you can't do it man, you still 
don't have enough experience and other stuff like this. Keep the hard work up 
and I'm sure you will do it soon. CCIE IS DOABLE!
