What I am attempting is actually the opposite - allow EIGRP while filtering
out other traffic. However your reference to the EIGRP routers multicast
address got me thinking. I am able to get EIGRP neighbors to come up by adding
"permit host FE80::2222:2 host FF02::A" to the access-list. Now, however, I
see the neighbors fail after 80 seconds with the log message: "
%DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IPv6-EIGRP(0) 124: Neighbor FE80::2222:2 (FastEthernet0/0)
is down: retry limit exceeded" 

Seems that something is still missing.
