Make sure you are good with troubleshooting coz it really needs a lot of practice to get it done in 2 hours. don't waste any time reading the instructions what so ever, just start solving tickets as soon as the timer starts, btw it will start immediately after login. I appeared my lab on 30th of jan and I wasted time in reading instructions. Another thing, if u face any lag or delay in executing commands, report it to the proctor immediately bottom line is just don't waste time on ny thing else except solving the tickets. all the very best...
